We are delighted to announce Good Governance Capital has been appointed as adviser to Premier Systems, the developer of market-leading SaaS-based, end-to-end management systems for the food and drink manufacturing sector.
Premier Systems has ambitious plans to deepen its reach in its core markets and internationalise its proven platform through investing in additional functionality of its software platform and both organic and selected inorganic opportunities.
