Alex is a Partner at Flint Global, a leading strategic consulting firm. Previously he was MD at the Economist Intelligence Unit. From 2007-10 he was Head  of Investment Banking at HM Treasury where he helped lead the UK's response to investment bank failures during the financial crisis. He designed and instituted the investment bank resolution regime for the UK and contributed to the London G20. Additionally he helped establish the Financial Stability board. Previously he was Chief Political Analyst at JP Morgan. Alex holds an MA in Modern History & Politics from Oxford University.
