Calvin is a finance professional and business leader with over 20 years of experience in M&A advisory and corporate and investment banking. Previously with HSBC in London and China, he was Head of Multinationals Corporate Banking and Executive Committee member for HSBC China, leading a business based across Mainland China. Prior to this, Calvin was a senior banker in HSBC’s Global M&A advisory business in London, advising on corporate acquisitions and disposals, including complex cross-border and UK Takeover Code deals. Calvin has also worked at Rothschild and on secondment to the Strategy team of a UK-listed Industrials group. He started his professional life as an Officer in the British Army, serving on operations in Iraq.
Calvin is a Governor of a boarding school in Surrey and a former Trustee of Combat Stress, the UK’s leading military veterans mental health charity.
